I am at a loss for words to describe how unbelievably incredible this hostel is! The location is absolutely mind-blowing, super close to the pier that can take you anywhere in the city without dealing with horrible traffic. And let me tell you, exploring the old town on foot is absolutely jaw-dropping. The staff here are an absolute dream, so helpful and kind. They offer a variety of breakfast choices that are just perfect, but if you're not satisfied, there's a 7-11 just across the road. Can you believe it?! The best part is the proximity to the temples and the easy access to the ferry. This means no navigating through the crazy Bangkok traffic, can I get a YES? The layout and style of this hostel are out of this world, so cozy and personal. The reception staff are always there, always smiling and ready to assist. The bunks have a capsule vibe and are spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage. The whole experience is beyond comfortable and convenient, perfect for any backpacker. Plus, being so close to the Chao Phraya River Express boat service is like a dream come true. It makes getting to all the major tourist attractions like the Grand Palace and Wat Pho a breeze. The staff here are incredibly friendly, the beds and toilets are clean, what more could you possibly ask for? This place is an absolute gem, and if I'm ever back in this city, there's no doubt that this will be my go-to place to stay.

Had an awesome Easter weekend at this cute hostel! The staff were super friendly and gave great tips about the area. Loved the free breakfast, especially the yummy cookies and tea available all day long. The location was perfect, close to the ferry system and easy to get around to all the attractions. The rooms were cozy and clean, and I liked having my own light and curtain for privacy. And did I mention the books? There were plenty of travel guides to help plan my future trips!
The occasional noise from the nearby temple, especially the drumming at night. , the bathrooms and kitchen area were a bit cramped, but still clean and functional.

The staff were super friendly, always ready to help with a big smile on their faces. Breakfast was available on time, with a variety of options to choose from. The location was incredibly convenient, close to a 7/11 and a Starbucks. It was also near many attractions without being in a noisy part of town. It was easy to explore the city and catch a breathtaking sunset with a stunning temple as the backdrop, just a short walk from the hotel. The hostel itself was brand new, very clean, with cozy and tasteful decor. The beds were comfortable, with curtains, plugs, and bed lamps for each. The lockers were spacious, and towels were provided. The bathrooms were clean and had body wash and shampoo. it was a really cute place that I will definitely stay at again.

I recently stayed at The Onion Hostel for a few nights during my trip to explore the temples in Bangkok. The rooms were clean and the blankets provided were incredibly comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well, allowing me to set it at the lowest temperature for a good night's sleep. The receptionist was really nice and helpful, making my check-in process smooth. The location of the hostel is great as it is within walking distance to the temples, and there is a riverwalk right in front of the property where you can find popular food and beverage establishments. Moreover, the option to ride the boat to and from the riverwalk was convenient for exploring other temples across the river. a fantastic place to stay!
I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient as it is very close to the pier that can reach you everywhere in Bangkok without traffic. It is also easy to travel by water taxi since it is near the port. the rooms are clean and tidy, with high ceilings on the bed. the private curtains and lights provide a sense of privacy. the kitchen/common room area downstairs is a nice place to hang out, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hostel lacks a spacious area for socializing and meeting other travelers.
